"Terrible customer service! I have been lied to repeatedly since December 28th. I emailed customer service for a defective can opener and still to date have received NO RESPONSE in writing. Their products are very poor quality just like the customer service. Do not spend your hard earned money on anything made by this company. You'll be back online or in line purchasing a product that will work. Read the reviews on other websites like Amazon; there are over 1,000 reviews stating their products are cheaply made and defective."
