"Horrible service. My daughter went to service her tire on a Tuesday night. (01-09-24) Tire went flat and Costco was the closest tire place open late. They close at 8:30. My daughter got there around 8 o’clock which I understand it’s pretty late but she had no choice as she was unable use her spare because it was also flat. Her car has aftermarket wheels, in the center of the wheel hub, there’s a ring that should’ve been removed and it was not. The technician installed a spare on top of the plastic ring separating it half an inch from the hub. At that moment, he should’ve noticed that the spare was not fitting right but didn’t care and still installed it that way, which is really dangerous because the wheel was not installed properly. It was installed in an angle, causing two of the Lugnuts to break and car to shake horribly which could’ve caused a terrible accident for my daughter. This location demonstrated lack of care with customers or their reputation. I am pretty certain he was upset because it was late and he wanted to leave . Really disappointed with Costco did not think that they will be so negligent.I will not renew my membership. This is not even mentioning how unprofessional the technician was being towards my daughter stating all she knew how to do was drive and put gas in the car."

"The service here is great! They had to order my size tires, came in early and called to tell me. Already made appt & decided to keep that timing. Counter people knowledgeable and pleasant. I had decided to keep 1 of my tires as a full size spare. When car done they called me. When opened back of car there was my extra tire in a bag! As for price I found it was similar to others. However, big difference in thred longevity, warranty, road service. Check around and you will see difference."

"One of if not the best Costco Tire Centers I’ve ever been to. This one is basically home for me. All the guys are great and professional and they cut no corners at what they do. They can give you a wait time and most of the time, they will be UNDER that wait time. You have an appointment, they go by order of customer."
