That didn't fix the issue and when it was brought back for them to repair issue they told her they didn't specialize in that car and bring to dealer. Why didn't they tell her that from the get go? Now she is out $800. Run don't walk away from these rude, clueless idiots!"

"Worst tow truck driver I've seen. He was driving so aggressive, speeding up, tailgating and cutting people off making them slam their breaks. Even saw him jump into the oncoming traffic lane to cut everyone off at a light. Is their business model to send bad drivers out to create accidents and customers?"

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ronnie “the owners wife” is literally the worst. She dispatched a driver for an AAA call that was canceled (waited 5 hours for a tow) 2 hours prior to them arriving at the property the car was stuck at. No keys, no id, no AAA card and no call that a driver was in en route to get the vehicle. Dragged the parked car out of the carport and damaged a washer and dryer that was brand new in the process. Reports have been made about how terrible she is to AAA and I hope they lose their contract with them because they shouldn’t be representing any company. She refused to give me her name when asked but I know people that used to work at this establishment until it was sold to these horrible business owners. She even 3 way called the driver so she could tell him in front of me that I was going to put in a claim with AAA against him. No B, I’m putting in the complaint against you! (Which I did successfully) Now I have to worry about what kind of damage might have been caused to my car that couldn’t even be put into neutral to get on the tow truck."

"Michael rude driver....unprofessional for sure. His method towing vehicle with wheel locked dragged neighbors auto partially out of driveway, while digging into and scuffing asphalt paved road. No real effort to do it properly."
