"Your customer service is awfull . I bought many times having to be deliver. On Sunday i was expecting my order and i realize they send me a msj that my order was ready to be picked up. I sent emails asking to be delivery then I spoke with 2 people , no solution. Last night i send an e-mail asking to send my order today.Still no answe. No refund, no call.."

"Parking is free and plenty of spaces are available next to the entrance of Total Wine. NOTE: Need to enter the parking garage and get a ticket. The first hour is free. The store is clean, has a huge selection & inventory. Fast cashiers make it easy to pay and go. Prices are the lowest in compared to all liquor stores in Miami Beach area."
"This is absolutely the most complete stock of any type of alcohol that I have seen anywhere. Very well done. They have every single type of whiskey. All the wines, all the wines. We also carry an assortment of supplementary snacks and supplies that go with a robust bar environment. I recently bought whistle pig rye aged 10 years, which was absolutely magnificent. The prices are very reasonable. It's a must visit!"
