"I generally avoid writing reviews but this is an exception. Although I scheduled an appointment because I couldn’t get my grill started. I was a bit disappointed that I had to wait several days to get it fixed. The woman on the phone asked me about the symptoms and made a suggestion as to how I might be able to get it started on my own. It was a longshot I thought but she seemed more confident than I was. So I followed her suggestion and was able to get the grill going. Thank You."
