"This place is terrible. Their stock is rarely up to date and the owner is as we say an “a****ole” with a belligerent attitude who doesn’t keep his employees accountable for their bad behavior. He is more likely to blame the customer than his employees when a touch situation ensues. The customer is never right here. And his employees lie since they know he will support them regardless. DONT SHOP HERE YOUR SPENDING YOURE MONEY AFTER BAD. Shop at Tradewinds they know how to appreciate customers!"
"Outrageous prices! Avoid this place as only a desperate sucker would buy from here. Walk across the street to Walgreens and save 50%. Interesting they have a “Buy Local” sign on the door. You’d need to have money to burn to afford this place. $15 for a cigar that is $8 ANYWHERE else. $400 for E.H. Taylor Small Batch. $150 at most anywhere else. Blanton's was $250. Laughable."
"I’ve been coming here for years regardless of the over priced liquor because of the atmosphere, samples, variety and the wonderful staff. I wont be back. It’s been a while as i’ve been attending law school but the owner has assured I go to Publix and save a dime. What a disappointment in an iconic store of Key Largo."
