"I met this company at the home show in Fort Lauderdale. The people were so friendly and helpful answered all my questions. So I bought a set of non stick saucepans.Love them. Then I went to the store to check it out. They have these amazing olive oils and other products. I suggest you go and visit the store. The Lady was so friendly and helpful. I will be going back."

"I have been here about 4 times now and I love this place! I travel about 1 hour and 30 minutes just to get there because there is no other store like it. Pros: > Awesome Selection: cutlery from Seki, Japan, bakeware, and they also carry black cube (which I prefer over hex clad). Rumor has it that they will soon offer copper from Demeyere. I also LOVE the custom made magnetic knife easel blocks they get hand made. > Knowledgeable Staff: I have personally had conversations with Maya, David (really good guy), and their manager. Usually I know too much on certain topics and I loose people in conversation and it’s obvious, but this team has been able to keep up and offer knowledge about products that I didn’t know before walking in. > Customer Focused: if knowledge wasn’t enough, MAYA, dealt with me for several hours with patience, kindness, joy, and I really enjoyed our conversations as they felt genuine and she didn’t push me to buy anything. She offered tons of knowledge about a lot of items I had questions about. She went out of her way to work with the manager to get me a product that I know was difficult for the store to make, in order to keep the customer happy. Cons: >They carry a few items I would recommend for them NOT to sell and to avoid becoming the next Williams Sonoma (I hate that place). I would suggest them not getting into the market of making their own products (such as salt and pepper grinder, etc.) because if that product isn’t amazing, you risk tainting the consumer as they may associate that product with your store as a whole. > I would like to see some more presentation options (tableware dishes) being offered here to cater to the at home chefs that like to impress their guests such as slate plating, crème brûlée ramekins, tear drop appetizer spoons, etc. Overview: generally, they keep high standards, overall they do a great job! I will shop here any day over Williams Sonoma. They are much more knowledgeable, customer focused, and keep the store neat and clean (and free of clutter), I enjoy the layout. I recommend all my family, friends, social media, and commercial chefs/home chefs alike to shop here. Definitely check this place out if you are in the market for anything kitchen! - Bobby Johnson"
