"To preface this I’ve been buying liquor from Hills #7 for years, as they are close to my house. On Wednesday I purchased a Krug Grand Cuvée for approximately $250. When I opened it today, no pressure in the bottle, cork was in bad shape, liquid was rancid. Went back today to speak with the store regarding the sale of this clearly damaged product. I was told the liquor store policy is no returns and no guarantee. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere. The manager on the phone would not even offer the courtesy of speaking to me over the phone. 1/10 customer service and product reliability"
