The worst experience that deserves a “0”, not even 1 star. Went there on 11/17 and spoke with Tammy. She sent me to see Alex about quartz countertops on Armenia. Still haven’t received any information from either of them. Called and spoke to Tammy again on 11/27 where she assured me she would get back to me…..very disappointing as it’s now 12/10. Of course I went somewhere else and had my beautiful counter installed this past Friday. You lost a sale because of it."

"Amazing service! Tammy is incredible to work with and could not have provided better service. Tammy was very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful in directing me to the most suitable distributor based on my needs, budget, and size of my project. She was so easy to communicate with, whether that be by calls or texts in the morning, evening or on weekends. Tammy was even able to solve an unexpected problem of mine - she went the extra mile to help source me a quartz sink after my sink delivery from a big box retailer arrived with a large crack (for the second time!). Instead of ordering a sink from the retailer for the 3rd time, I informed Tammy of my situation and she was able to find me the exact sink I was looking for and for a great price from one of her suppliers. Tammy managed to arrange for a two day delivery and that allowed me to keep our installation date as planned. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and the reason I will continue to use Tampa Bay Granite for future projects. Highly recommend and will continue to refer them to friends and family."
