"Staff great. Although working in telecommunications you’d think providing great customer service would be a priority. My 75 year old father went in to get help on his phone. This later turned into my father wanting to switch carriers. To avoid having to bump into the person who made him feel like a bother due to a language barrier. In my personal years in working in telecommunications I’ve never made someone feel as so, I’ve gone to the lengths of using google translate. In Arcadia we have a diverse range of languages. So working in this field you have to be patient and helpful, thankfully there was another employee who was able to translate some of what the other employee expressed. Damage was done my father after 20 years with sprint and no issues, will be changing carriers. Although this isn’t anything out the ordinary, and customers come and go. I feel as if the team should take this unfortunate encounter as a learning opportunity To treat their customers as if they were family. I’ve heard of other people having this same complaint. Manager Mike please take this constructive criticism and apply it to your day to day interactions."
"Myself and Romie visited the store on February 2nd and experienced such a great T-Mobile team! Zoe was very attentive and patient working with us, and was also helping another coworker learn the system. They were easy to talk to and made our experience super enjoyable. These two definitely made sure we’ll come back here! We returned on 2/17 and were greeted and helped by Lynn. She was very patient as well as helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we left the store satisfied. This store seems to have the greatest energy and employees that I have encountered. We will always return to T-Mobile Arcadia!"
