Eagle Bay Cabinet Doors & Drawers

"We have purchased cabinet doors from Eagle Bay on two occasions, and the service was wonderful. The doors matched our other doors perfectly. We wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again, and have recommended them to others."

"I purchased doors based upon the sample color provided. The doors received did not match the sample color. The Eagle Bay response was "too bad" it's within color variance. I cannot use these doors; they expect me to eat $600 because they purchase cheap thermofoil that is not consistent between batches."

"This business was friendly and helpful until they got full payment and then they didn't want to know us. Part of the order was not fulfilled. I had clearly specified face frame cabinets all around with two lazy susan corners. Instead they sent frameless clips for the hinges. I sent an email and then had to call to get confirmation (even though they confirmed that they got my email). As I had a showing for the house, I asked that they overnight the correct parts but they asked that I pay for shipping. If it is your mistake then you pay for the shipping and on a $2400 order being out $30 is not much to ask. The next day I got an email saying they forgot to ship the parts and wanting to know if I still wanted the parts. These clips are hard to come by without going to a specialty shop. Why would anyone think that I would not need them? I then firmly asked for next am delivery. This started on a monday. By Wednesday I still did not have the parts, so I called again (I should note that I got no emails or calls explaining what was going on. I always had to call them. Inexcusable). Thursday, I received half the required parts. This is a father and son business. After Monday, the son, Jason, who I had been dealing with stopped answering his phone or returning messages. I had to call the main office and talk with the father David who was ignorant of what was going on, would not get informed and was repeatedly argumentative, blaming UPS for not picking up on time or even me for not being clear that I needed 4 and not 2 clips (like I should have to point out that my original order called for 4 of these clips). If it is me and UPS doesn't pick up then I drive it over to the UPS collection point myself. Not this business. They go home. When Friday morning came and went and I had no more parts, we called the credit card company and put a hold on the last payment. I also informed them via email that I would be asking for a back charge a pair of doors being cut too wide as well as filing complaints any and everywhere I could. Only after they were notified of a hold did I get a call or an apology. And it wasn't even a full apology. It was a "you could have made the wrong hinges work (of course you can but it looks stupid and the point is, the only point is, you said you would send the correct parts overnight and it took you a week)". The clips finally showed up that afternoon. What I don't think they got and still don't get is that this was their fault, not mine. They forgot to send the parts and ask me if I still want them? No call? No apology until the hold is put on the credit card charge? The quality of the cabinets was good. I wouldn't say great because there were several patches from incorrect boring that were visible on the back of the doors (the owner told me that it wouldn't hurt the value of my home. Maybe not but I didn't pay for patched up doors. An example of the quality you should expect) and one corner was damaged (do they not inspect the corners for splintered wood or sharpen their chop saw?) and two doors were cut 1/16" too wide. Not major stuff but irritating none the less requiring me in one instance to widen the cabinet frames slightly. Their customer service was atrocious. The owner seems uninterested in his customer's problems even to the point of wanting to argue and mince words while claiming that he doesn't know the full story (they were obviously talking). The son, Jason, stayed hidden and would not call back or, in my opinion, take the initiative to get interested in the problem and deal quickly with it."
