"Tatiana at Mattress Firm in Oviedo was absolutely wonderful! We came to begin our search for the right mattress for us. As we are two retirees with multiple health issues, a proper bed is a very valuable commodity. But with so many new products on the market, it was overwhelming to figure out what was best suited for us. Tatiana took us to each of the various product lines and explained the benefits as well as the drawbacks for us personally. She spent considerable time and patience as we ruled out certain lines. While we were not planning on purchasing a mattress that same day; her knowledge and her patience, and her willingness to match us with the right product, made us realize that this was the only place to come. "Bought a name brand mattress with great ratings. After a year the mattress compressed in the center and I went back to the site and the ratings for that mattress had dropped substantially. I wonder why they were high in the first place if the mattress was so bad? Maybe the ratings were fake? Also, the warranty process stinks because it requires an in person inspection. Either you pay out of pocket for the inspection up front or you get it tentatively approved pending final inspection when they drop off your new mattress. So it is possible that you get a tentative approval, get the cash credit, buy a new mattress, then have the warranty rejected at the last minute during final inspection when they are delivering your new mattress. That would really stink. Lastly, the measuring device they provide as a print out for your virtual inspection is flawed as it is the measurement scale is incorrect. The flawed scaling is not in your favor so use a proper measuring tape. There is nothing positive I can say about my experience with this company other than "They have a showroom"."
