"Bad overnight customer service, the associate rung up customers who were not in line then did not scan my reward points which cost me all of my points. Why have rewards and you can't use them AND get better people to work at this store at night."

"Rude and disgusting customer service. They had nothing on the grill and refused to put any food in the oven . I have been here many times and they have never had a problem with putting food in the oven . When I asked since when do they not put food in the oven. The male clerk stated since now . I didn't need his snarky remarks ."

"Worst 7 Eleven ever been to. They’re always out of basic stuff. Do waste your time going to this one because most likely they don’t have it. I just went in craving for the new Mountain Dew Zero. The have five rows filled all with regular Mountain Dew Zero. Even they have a space labeled for it, it’s probably not getting ordered cause it’s filled with regular. Lazy workers. I’m going to one close by on Hercules & Sunset cause they’re always very friendly and always have what I’m looking for. It’s a new store and very clean. The one on drew stinks and always dirty."

"A great place to shop. A nice clean well stocked and merchandised store! The staff is friendly, courteous and professional. It's a small store but has most items carried by all 7 Elevens. They have a limited amount of gas pumps. However, the store is easily accessible from Drew St. I highly recommend this establishment!"
