"Sadly, I give Bronson liquor 1 Star due to recent customer service I experienced. I have been in there several times because their inventory & pricing is good. However, at times I have witnessed some of their employees act thuggish towards customers. I recently went into the store & immediately one of the cashiers, a short Asian kid started yelling at me while I was at the freeze to not slam his door. I said “excuse me are you talking me”. He said yeah don’t slam my door! Another customer whom I held the door for going in said that I didn’t slam the door. The other cashier also said I didn’t slam the door but he continued to argue with me, yelling through the store about calling the police & property damage. I politely asked for the store owners # so I could address my concern & the employee said he wouldn’t give it to me & it didn’t matter. So I set my stuff down at the other register & told them they lost a customer & as I was walking out the other cashier started yelling at me that he didn’t want to put the items back because he wasn’t the one arguing with me. I understand that they sometimes don’t get the best quality customers but I have been in customer relations for many years & someone needs to teach these boys how to handle customers."
"Amazing store and I look forward to their Winter Garden store, hope they open a Winter Park store next ;) Everyone who works there is super kind. I made the trek out to their store twice within a month of finding out about their location and both trips have been well worth it. Store is very clean, well organized, reasonably priced, great selection of tequila and whisk(e)y, and again respectful and friendly staff. Cheers"
"What's not to like they sell good beer and fine spirits. Only place in town that has crowlers and growlers to help with a steady rotation of great craft beer. They will have whatever it is you drink!"
