Total Wine & More

"My boyfriend and I came in today for a case of our favorite wine for the holidays but only two were on the shelf. Nash, one of their awesome employees, did not hesitate to help us out. The case we wanted was unfortunately buried in their stock but they lifted and shifted cases until they got us to what we needed… all while outfitted in some spirited reindeer ears! so appreciative of their help!!"

"I have shopped in this store previously but it was several years ago. When I walked in today I realized that a lot has changed. I was looking for a couple of items and was wandering around trying to figure out where they were. I found an aisle for vodka and had a brand in mind which they did not have but they do have a wide variety of choices. I was able to choose one and then moved on looking for something else. I was apparently looking in the wrong spot because when I asked an employee they showed me where it was and it was on the other side of the store. They had an item I was looking for but not in the specific brand that I actually wanted. I did find something else in that brand that would work for our purposes. While wandering the store I also found some very interesting looking bottles that I wouldn't mind owning. From skulls to the monkey head to pineapple shape bottles there is always something interesting in a store like this. As I got a feel for the store I ran across an interesting item that I never would have even looked for. I found a display for Yuengling Hershey's chocolate Porter. I'm not a fan of dark beers but I am always intrigued by one that is chocolate. Being as they are both good brands mashed together I was considering it when I ran into the same employee who had assisted me before. We got to talking about it and they had tried it themselves before along with some other chocolate beers and they said this one is a bit more chocolatey and so sweeter than others. While that could put some people off it got my interest. In the end I lost and bought a six pack to give it a try. I have to say that while still a little bitter from being dark it still had a very good flavor to it and I think I could actually enjoy this one. Overall I'd have to say that I had a very good experience here."

"The employees were exceptionally patient and considerate in addition to providing excellent educational guidance concerning the process of understanding and selecting the right wine which thing I consider of significant importance. It is always wonderful to learn something new. The cigar selection is up to date and provides sufficient variety but could use a little bit of an expansion insofar as pipe tobacco is concerned. This establishment is clean and very well organized. They practice excellent presentation and maintain a delightful atmosphere."
