"When I made the order online it offered curbside so that’s what I chose. It was ten at night (which that’s the time I was emailed when it would be ready) I called the store to let them know I was outside. They guy who answered said they do not do curbside because they have a lot of fraud and would have to cancel my order. I explained I’m right outside the door and I was in Pjs and not properly dressed to be out (again that’s why I chose curbside). He was not helpful and kept going back and forth with me. Why would the store offer curbside if it’s not available??. Anyway I asked to speak to a manager and he hung up on me......I give it 3 stars because the liquor was fine. Beside that customer service is horrible and could use some work."
