"The store is always neat, clean, & organized. They carry my favorite rum, Black Heart which many retailers do not. There is always someone at the counter to ring up my order and the lines are never long. This store loses stars because I have never seen staff walking around the store to answer questions or direction to the isle that has the product I'm looking for. My husband and I have to base our purchases on what we can carry which is significantly limited due to health issues. The staff have noticed my struggle to carry my purchases and they sit behind the counter watching me. They are young capable people that could have asked and provided me assistance but they did not. At Christmas I had a large purchase for a family gathering and I asked a staff member to assist me to my car. He did help, but let me know, in no uncertain terms, I was putting him out with my request. This is the reason I dropped score to three stars. Who knows, maybe I am asking for too much? Are my expectations too high?"
