"customer service is the worst, cabinets are cheap but so is the quality. and goodluck if you need replacements, you won’t get them till a month later. Owners love making empty promises and no one likes to fix any issues. Save your time and money!!! The manager is rude and will talk to you like if you are doing THEM a favor, please save your time and go to another company for your kitchen services! They are THEE WORST!!!!"

"Horrible customer service. My wife and I went there to look at there products. No one was in the store but us and one other customer. We waited 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, even though two workers passed us by a few times. Then after finally being greeted, an associate came over and was very rude. We asked him for bathroom vanities and kitchen counters. For both products he was very short and dismissive saying "yeah, we don't have those". This was during the covid pandemic. We are shopping for a kitchen and two bathrooms. Most places we go hardly have any customers. You would think they would be dying for peoples business. I would go somewhere else!"

"Really good prices. Customer services was poor. I have to created the kitchen my self. Also very short on inventory. I was told several times that they have the merchandise available. I pay for the kitchen cabinets designed and at the time to pick up the kitchen cabinets a lot of pieces where missing. I had to change the entire design and expense more money. I also needed a panel to finish the island i call to see if they have it and in less that 5 day they sold the last panel they have. Their respond was that i need to wait until the new shipment from the port. I understood that i got what i pay for it. I don't recommend this company."

"We have requested to receive a credit on a product that we did not order and the company is trying to force us to purchase additional orders so that the credit can be applied. We have bought several kitchen cabinets from this company and almost every time something has been left off or damaged upon the delivery being received. To learn that they charge additional shipping on top of what the freight charge is and we have been delayed over a week in getting product because of the lack of communication with their staff is just dishonest practice. We pay for product along with the expectations of receiving the order in a timely manner. We have our clients that are relying on us to deliver as we've been told that we can by XR. Who ever Victor's partner is, hides behind him and other staff avoiding speaking to us directly when he is suppose to be the one that make the decisions. If you're not local and you decide to do business with them, I highly encourage you to look at other companies that has ethics, morals and gives good quality customer service. We have cabinets that were missing soft close hinges for the doors and drawer closers that they aren't taking care of. We've paid for a product, however we are not being compensated for errors or negligence from their company. We are not happy and will continue to update other social media about our experience. We are a major company that they have decided to screw over and not take responsibility of satisfying our request that has been very reasonable."
