"While traveling through Louisiana we had planned to take a tour of a rum distillery, but the couple we looked at were closed on the days we were in that area. My wife happened to find Rollins Distillery and signed us up for their tour and tasting. Mr Rollins, the owner, did the tour and the tasting. He shared his knowledge of making rum, vodka, etc with us as he showed their equipment. Afterwards we tasted several of their products. Very smooth vodka and rum. We bought several bottles and look forward to drinking them. If you are in this area, I would encourage you to try their products."

You receive much more than a tasting of incredible spirits…you also get a friendly chat and a little education on rum and vodka distilling. The business is small but mighty!
