Radio Road Car Wash

"This is one of those sad stories where the owners step back and the service goes down. I’ve been going to this car wash for years now as I have a dually and they always took care of me. I got to briefly know who the owners were but I haven’t seen them in an awhile, with this said, the last few car washes have been mediocre and today was beyond disappointing. I paid for the hand wash (which by the way has gone way up) to the nice lady who greeds you and I offered to drive my truck to the guy who does the hand wash and immediately he started to complain. He said he wasn’t gonna do my hand wash because he didn’t feel well, then told me he was just gonna hit it with the power washer and that was gonna be ok to what I said NO and I told the lady to give me a refund. Who knows how many more times they only do this and maybe this is why my truck lately came out looking just ok. I hate to say that I will not be returning to this car wash with any of my vehicles. Unfortunately every other car wash in Naples is just as bad. Sergio"

"I don’t know what has happened to the service here, but the last two visits have resulted in a more than one hour wait for a car wash- Completely ridiculous! As I sit here waiting for my car, there has not been a car come through the was for 15 minutes. It’s not worth my time to wait this long."

"My wife took her cx5 for a basic wash and vacuum. Never set the expectation of hoping for full detail results. 50 bucks and a tip later, the car came back looking like it went through a drive-thru wash, maybe worse. Wheels still full of dirt, side view mirrors, hood and roof with bug marks, carpets unclipped but still full of sand. I went based of a referral but maybe they tried duping my wife because she's a woman. Cars not big. Everything is eye level. Can not miss the things I saw if you pay attention to what you're doing. It's redundant to charge extra to have hands touch the car if the hands don't provide better results then a basic drive-thru wash and self vacuum place. I could upload dozens of pictures to validate my point, but I'll share just a few to prove you don't need a keen eye to see what little effort was put into this job."

"I paid $44 plus $10 tip plus tax. The car didn't even look like it was cleaned. At least on the outside. I mean it wasn't the slightest bit washed. The inside wasn't terrible. They did do a decent job. Vacuuming but terrible job wiping anything down had to leave there and go straight to Walmart to buy supplies to do it myself I called multiple times after leaving with no answer email twice. No response. I'd be happy with just half my money back"
