"I bought a coffee maker. When I got home and took it out of the box I realized that it was used and had coffee residue inside, dirty. I immediately went back to the store and asked for a manager and was told there was none. so I should go to customer service. They changed it for me without apologizing. I recommend that when you buy something from this place you check it before paying for it. I had to waste my time and gas for that reason. In my opinion, when someone sells me something used as new, they are deceiving me."
"So far, one of my favorite Bj's locations. They are located near main highways and avenues which facilitates the access. The store has plenty of parking spots and is always clean and organized. The line may seem long, however it only takes minutes. They offer self-pay and also assistance with cashiers. The freshness, variety of the products, and affordability of prices make them a very special option nowadays."
