I could have given it a 5 star but I spent quite some time explaining to her what I needed done as she had trouble understanding English and I couldn't understand the language she was speaking (maybe it was Chinese, I am not sure). My suggestion is to train the technicians to know a few basic English sentences to better assist the customers. I will definitely come back and bring other people too."
