"Angelina was great! My service was the combo manicure & pedicure. My husband also got the combo by another nail tech. We enjoyed the calm atmosphere and the salon is very clean and pleasant. Both ladies did a great job!"

"EM Nail Salon has been on a downward decline for a long time, but until yesterday’s experience, I was willing to let it slide because this is certainly the most convenient nail salon for where I live. But the way my friend and I were treated yesterday was the last straw. We had appointments for pedicures at 11:45am, which were made and confirmed online (since no one at this place has answered the phone for months). Upon timely arrival, we were immediately met with attitude from the staff, who essentially told us that our confirmed appointments didn't matter. After 5 minutes of waiting, we were told they were "running 10 minutes late" and invited to come back in the afternoon. At that point, the staff became rude and aggressive towards us, blaming us and the salon owner for confirming our appointments at the time allotted, and saying “they don’t control how the scheduling is done.” Being on the receiving end of such unwarranted attitude and aggression was the last straw. And to add insult to injury, I received an email cancellation that my 12pm appointment with “Karen” was cancelled shortly after we left (not only was this the incorrect time for my appointment, but it was also seeming effort to further aggrieve the situation to change the tech’s name to “Karen” when submitting the cancellation (in the system they claim not to control)). I’d been a loyal customer of EM Nail Salon since they opened over a decade ago. It’s such a shame to see a quality small, local business be run into the ground. I highly doubt I will ever return."

"What happened to this place?! Been going here for nearly 5 years though less and less due to unpleasantness. Called in in advance and was confirmed I can come in right away, after waiting for more than 10 minutes, was given a 5 minute basic manicure without colour (my nails need rest due to overuse of gel). She rushed so much that didn’t pay attention how ruff she’s being. Two of my finger nails are shortened so much to the skin I’m still feeling the burn. I kept giving this place an opportunity after opportunity, but honestly, after the owners have changed it has never been the same. Thank you but never again. (Oh and for less than 5 min I was charged the full price $21+tip which is ok if I got the full service with lotion, massage.. scrub part was the most pathetic as scrub was applied on fingers, rubes twice to spread it around a bit and then asked to wash off. Once I came back she didn’t even sit down to finish, just sprayed my hands with sensitiser while standing… seriously)"
