"This is in response to the owners dismissive unprofessional response. (YOU'RE DEF not a BOSS) Please don't do business with this max beauty company. A simple apology could have overturned a negative review on the business but instead you chose to be a classless individual. This is a prime example of why many ppl do not support black businesses because they have a lot talent but lack proper customer service skills. NEVER do business with ppl that argue with customers ( a long term customer that supported u before u thought u were too good to respect ppl that played a part in your career before u started styling celebrities ) after they gave you compliments on your work but is upset because they flew hours for your service and was turned away. If I were you, I wouldn't even reply unless you're apologizing, YOU are embarrassing and negatively impacting your own brand."

"Bought tape in extensions here. Usually get them from another online store but decided to buy locally and in store. Bought 3 sets of deep wave tape extensions and it was not as expected. The weft is raised, doesn’t lie flat which can make for a bumpy install. Hair snags and tangles. It seems like depending on the curl patterns determines if the quality is good or bad. She also may use a variety of vendors, which is inconsistent. Edited: you’re absolutely correct, I should not promote other businesses, so information changed. I just want better quality hair for the price. I’m sure I had a bad batch. Also I didn’t receive any instructions or advice on hair maintenance."
