"Update- while was very happy with facial the sales process at the end was a bit much , so be ready for this . For me it was too much and I ended my membership. It’s just a personal opinion- the facial is still very good Wonderful! Can see results after one day, and got membership. Very personalized and I never felt they were trying to sell me anything. I feel they are invested in my face and the product they offers so excited to have this in Brickell!"

"Silver Mirror is great. I don’t think is overpriced but omg get ready for the after treatment because they will try to sell you ANY product. I had the membership for 7 months and after every appointment I was always “recommended” to purchase something, a moisturizer, a peeling pad, a sunscreen.. even though I would say during the appointment I had everything. My esthetician was great but I had to cancel the membership because I was tired of the same all the time. You can tell they get a commission or they are pushed by management to sell products."

"I found Silver Mirror to be a welcoming place, the staff were nice and the space is well appointed. I arrived right on time for my appointment and waited around 5 minutes. We then walked to the area where they do the facials. My problem I had is that you can hear everything that the other people getting services are doing it was so loud that I was not relaxed. Lastly, I booked a 50 min facial but walked out in 40min. The facial itself was ok but I’ve had better experiences in other smaller locations."

"Okay this place is amazing!!!!!! Went in, not expecting much and I was beyond blown away! My beauty expert: Rachel was so cool and had great energy (which is important if she's touching my face for an hour). She explained every step of my anti aging facial so I understood what was happening, she suggested incredible products to me and I saw results ASAP. I wasn't planning on going back but it's tough to imagine going anywhere else so I will be back. Thanks again guys!!"
