"I was super excited to try this place because they have very good reviews, and I specifically requested to book with Marietta since everyone in the reviews talks about how amazing she is... She was super unprofessional because she was literally talking on the phone the whole entire time. I found it extremely rude that she stopped explaining the procedure to me multiple times to answer the phone... At one point she was even talking on the phone DURING the treatment. I can tell she is nice which is why I'm giving two stars instead of one but come on, customer service is very important, especially because I'm a new customer... Hopefully I will have a better experience at the other location."
