"Worse place ever. This was my first time going to this nail spa only because my usual nail spa was closed today and the service was horrible. Nail already chipped. The nail tech didn't know how to do my design, messed it up, my foundation of the nail is lumpy and he didn't even measure my nails before he cut them. Not to mention the nail tech cut the side of my nail with the drill. The owner had to come and fixed my nails but still I am very unhappy with how it turned out. I been getting my nails done since I was 16 years old and this is my first bad experience!! I will not return to them at all. Should have just waited until another day to go to my nail spa."

"11 days and I have one nail pop off and the other is lifting . I got this for my wedding pink and white but it doesn’t last long . I went back the first time because the foundation wasn’t good . Instead of redoing the whole nail they just file down the cuticle area . I paid 95 a fews days refuse to pay anything again to fix it so soon. I live 30 mins away so this was inconvenient update day 15 now missing 4 nails and I can pop them all off with a credit card ! I’m very displeased and wishe they just soaked the nails off to do it properly. Update all nails came off without having to soak them !"

"This is a great little nail salon. Everyone that works here is very nice and the work they do is wonderful. I have had Apple as my technician for many many years and now her other half Andy too. They also treat my service dog so nicely. They are amazing and I always get such nice compliments about how my nails look."

"I've been coming here for a while and I've always been happy with the service. That's why I was so surprised that the nail tech was rushing so much this time that he ripped a chunk of my flesh off my pinky. I was still charged the full price for the service. I understand that mistakes happen, and I appreciate the apology, but when you injure a customer, I think even a small discount is appropriate. I continued with the manicure because I needed to get my nails done for an event, but I was bleeding out onto the table the entire time. The overall manicure did come out well though."

"Absolutely exceptional service! Every single time I come, I have a great experience with everyone here. I am greeted as soon as I walk in and I almost never have to wait despite sometimes being a walk-in client. You are offered something to drink always and you can always ask for water and they will give it to you. Tina is amazing and so is her work. She is always willing to fix something if you don't like it and provide advice on what looks better with what based on your skin tone. Today like always I had an amazing experience and will always come back and see Tina. We put my nails together based on a few images I showed her and created something unique, fun, and girly. I have been coming since last year (2021) and have always loved what we have created. If you are on the fence about coming here, don't be! You will have a great experience, and be satisfied with the finished product."
