"Much praise for Shania & Justin!!! Absolutely amazing service!! I was just there trying to clean my girlfriend’s car as a surprise for her after the first car wash I went to had issues with the vacuum and things. So I had some questions to make sure I didn’t have to visit another car wash. It was Shania’s first week so she helped me as much as she could and was very enjoyable to interact with. She also knew exactly where her knowledge was limited and got Justin to help out right away in a very professional manner. Justin was great, absolutely stellar service and he knew exactly how to handle my questions and concerns. Wish I had just gone straight there to begin with and will be a steady patron of Big Dan’s specifically because of the service they provided. (Granted, when I’m in FL visiting my girlfriend) Can’t emphasize enough how much their service and attitudes make a big difference in my day, they went above and beyond just getting the job done. They did it with great consideration and really had my satisfaction in mind. I showed up frustrated and left completely satisfied. Whoever reads this, let Justin and Shania know “the guy with the dreads” who they helped, gave them some credit where it’s due. Too many people hear complaints about service, I hope they’re told that they did a great job and their efforts made a difference. Full kudos to them, I appreciate their service, great experience. "I could not Ben get my truck thru the actual car wash it’s self and is still the best car wash I have been to Everything You need is pretty much at the vacuums. Interior cleaner,glass cleaner and towels."
"Z very best car wash I have ever used. In 73 years I've been using car washes. I was absolutely flabbergasted that you had all the things. And a air gun window cleaner in terrier cleaner. And the most surprising was the carpet floor Mat. Cleaner Whoever owns this company is going to do very well again, z best."
"If you want your car messed up this is the place to be!!!!! Big dans has officially messed up both me and my wife’s vehichles! Their air fresheners damaged my wife’s dash board and their carwash has damaged the roof of my truck. After speaking to the so called man in charge instead of him trying to help the situation I was told not to come to big dans again. Very poor customer service! This place is not the spot to wash your car at."
