"it's been a total bummer. The lady running the show doesn't exactly spread sunshine, and the vibe from the whole crew is pretty unfriendly. Last time, they practically expected a standing ovation for service that was far from tip-worthy. And don't even get me started on the hit-or-miss nail jobs – only a couple of them seem to have the magic touch. Long story short, I'd say steer clear. There are way better spots out there that actually know how to treat their customers right."

"I was a loyal customer to Kim after switching from nails by Cindy in Greenacres being a loyal customer them as well doing my nails religiously pedicures and, eyebrows. I was spending a lot of money 100 to 200$ every time I went which was every two weeks. I have made the decision to return to nails by Cindy’s after the awful disrespect of charging me 40 dollars for my two year old to get a mani pedi a complete rip off. They assured me the gel would last weeks on her nails to my surprise it only lasted 2 days. They have such poor customer service skills I was forced to return back to nails by Cindy. The pedicure was so bad my other nail tech said I had an ingrown nail from all the dead skin they failed to remove from my cuticles on my toe nails. I have had such a bad experience at this nail salon that I felt the need to write this so that no one ever has to endure the horrible service I received if they just take the time to read my review."

"I’ve been visiting this nail shop for about a year now and I have never been disappointed. The nail tech are great and she knows everybody that walks in the door. I’m gonna continue to go there despite all of Mae thing this is a great place to visit, relax and pamper yourself. Great job fancy Nails…."

"I got my nails done on Saturday by two different technicians (the tall man did my pedicure and Kim did my nexgen). While getting my pedicure, the gentleman nicked two of my toes on the same foot which took awhile to stop bleeding. I gave no trouble and stayed calm. Kim rushed my hands and did not do it properly. By Sunday I was back to fix one of my nail that was chipped, the only thing I did that weekend was load the washer, and fold my laundry. By Monday that same nail was chipped again and by Tuesday I had four nails chipped. I called and expressed what happened, came back Wednesday to get them taken off, because obviously it was not done right. They refuse to take it off and do it right and wouldn't refund my money. The gentleman at the front claimed it's my fault because of the kind of job I may have. I am a teacher and haven't been to work since Friday. Attached are some pictures. I will never come back to this place and advise others to do the same"
