"First time customer. I went in for a facial and was treat great. Super service. The specialist took her time and also explained everything she was doing. Will definitely return."
"I had a Groupon for a deep treatment and haircut. I was also given the option to add a pedicure of facial for free, and I picked a pedicure. All three ladies were thorough and took their time to make sure that everything was just right. edit 8/15: I have a Groupon for a European facial that I have tried to schedule twice. It is expiring 9/8, and I sent a message on the website trying the schedule a third time. I am not sure why there is an option to message on the website since no one replies. I made an appointment and went in for it 8/17. The receptionist was a bit rude when I marked used before showing her the Groupon. She could have been nicer. The facial was relaxing except for the noise level of people talking around me."

"My husband recently gifted me with a Groupon for a treatment, scalp massage and a haircut, and I finally had an appointment with them last week in the morning. The place was packed with students and a few customers: it is definitely way too small for that many people, and looks very chaotic and disorganized (and this is the reason for my rating). I was however happy with the service: Rosy (the hairdresser I was assigned to) did a really good job, everybody is friendly, it’s nice to see the camaraderie among the students, and the teachers keep going from one student to another to check on their work and/or intervene for more difficult tasks. Prices are similar or cheaper to the ones of Kool Cuts. I will definitely consider them again for my haircuts."
