"Awful customer service. Warning: Be weary of using their authorized resellers to obtain their product. We worked with a “general contractor” (CPR BC) that is an authorized reseller of Innovation Cabinetry. When checking in on the status of our purchase made through Innovation’s authorized reseller, innovation at first let us know that the cabinets are ready and just need to be scheduled for delivery but still need payment. Yet a few weeks later and the next time I talk to Innovation, their story changed. They then let us know now what was once considered by them as an invoice, is now just a quote. It seems they are willing to work with shady resellers/contractors. That said, highly recommend to avoid this business. Please do not support a business that is willing to treat customers like this."
