Jiffy Lube

"I recommend Jiffy Lube. I especially appreciated that they let me know what needed to be done now and what might be able to wait. I felt they were honest and didn't try to "up sale" me just for a profit. I will definitely be returning."

"Drove all around town looking for a place to do a quick oil change before a long trip. Waited about 45 minutes but everywhere else would have been even longer. Waited in my comfortable car on a cold morning. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again!"

"I had only been to this location one other time and it was with a different car. I was never offered or explained what choices I had for an oil change. They did a full synthetic which was costly. But maybe that is what manufacture recommends? Some things on receipt for service show “Completed” even though I’m not sure they were. I was in the car the whole time so I know they didn’t vacuum, but that box was checked off as being “completed”. The oil “life” reading on my computer wasn’t reset. I had to google it so the “need oil change” reminder would turn off. But ultimately I got what I needed- I was in a hurry and needed a quick oil change. Just was expecting the price to be in the $80 range, not $140."

"Pulled up and my first interaction was "Oil change?" Not hello but that's ok. I said yes. "Been here before?" I said yes "Same oil as last time?" I said yes again...odd exchange ,but I'm all for it if direct also means quick. Next question "do you want to wait in your car or inside" I said we will wait in the car...and even though I have been here before and waited in the car...the response was "you can't, you have to wait inside" ...all good, but why ask. 45 minutes later after waiting inside I stood up and approached the window...same person opened the door and said "question?" ...Yes, how long is it going to be? "A while...this car is getting a few things done" Maybe mentioning that before sitting there would have been a good idea or helpful. Not writing this to say I'm not coming back, could have done that without the review...but multiply the lifetime value of any customer and compound it over how many experiences are similar...as a business owner I would want to know. This is not a reflection on jiffy lube, but on this location and staff (which normally is good) maybe needing who ever speaks to customers having a little customer etiquette"

"These guys seem to always get slammed by other customers. But I think they do a fantastic job! I’ve been coming here for several years with two different vehicles. The guys are always respectful, super fast, and know what they’re doing. I have never had a problem here with anything. Sure, it might be a little more pricey than if I did it myself. But I don’t wanna mess with oil and buckets and dirt when these guys can do it in five minutes flat. It’s a great experience!"
