Signature Kitchens

"This business has excuse after excuse when you have issues with an end product. Had an outdoor kitchen installed in August of 2022. The price we paid for a kit kitchen was way more than what I could have bought it for and done it myself. Then after it was installed, the refrigerator door had a ding in it. We were told a new one was ordered on multiple different occasions. It was excuse after excuse of why it took so long to come in. In July of 2023, a service tech came out to install a new door, but that door was damaged as well, and we were told a new one was ordered, and we would receive a call or email when it came in to get it installed.When no one contacted us to schedule a date to get it installed, we emailed them in November to find out what is taking so long, apparently the door was never ordered as stated it was by the project manager in an email she sent to my wife that day in July, and apparently the owner was not aware of the door being installed in July was damaged. Coincidentally the day after the email, a new door was ordered and drop shipped to-our home. Today December 21,2023, a service tech came out to install it, and it was the wrong size door. So after 16 months, we still do not have a new door, and a new one was ordered. I will update when this issue is finally resolved."

"I'm going to leave my honest review. I called today for asking estimate on my drawings which I worked on. It"s my design and my thoughts. The salesman was talking a lot and asked me too much questions- " Where is the house? Who is a builder? Where its located? Who made me blueprints of the kitchen?"...I said: Why you asking me those questions? I need only estimate on my design and then if I OK with your price we can work farther. He tried to come up an absolutely nonsense explanation of "Why he is asking". OK, then, he already was agreeing to give me an estimate but suddenly change his mind and said me that he needs to make his own drawings which is cost $1050 or $1500 (I don't remember) Than he told me that I'm not his customer. This guy seems to me very unprofessional and way too greedy. VERY UNPLEASANT! I DON"T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYBODY!!! I was working with others and they were professional and very easily gave me estimate and it took from them 5 minutes. I hope my review will help others to make their choice!"
