"Although the girl was very nice, she didn’t listen at all. I specifically told her that I wanted the inner lashes very short to give a flared, cat-eye look. Thicker in the outer portion and much shorter in the inner. I look ridiculous, like one of those dolls with the blinking eyes. She used nearly the same length and thickness on the inside portion of my eye and it’s driving me crazy!!! Idk if she’s new or has never taken note of natural lash structure. Plus, she was done in just under an hour for a full set! Again, very sweet girl but needs to listen and understand what the customer wants… and what is standard for eyelash extensions. Not to mention, the lashes on the outer portion were either skipped altogether it fell out that day. Drove well over an hour, worst $150 I ever spent."

"Went here to get my lash extensions done, the staff was very nice. However, lashes started falling off within hours of service and ny the next morning they were all gone. I went back next day and showed them the results. I was told that they dont give refunds but they would redo them. I had an appointment to have them redone but when I went back the business was GONE for the Brandon Mall. I am now being told that I need to drive to Sarasota which is one hour and a half away. Do not recommend this place for any services.... I wish there was a"

"I had my eyebrows done by Paris. She did amazing! The micro blading looks so realistic and beautiful. My mom and I also had our lashes done here. Mine stayed in for well over a month and I still had a lot left before I removed them myself. My moms lasted less than half the time of mine so I really think it depends on who does them. However, everyone was very kind here. Highly recommended."

"Well, I don’t want to give this place a bad review because the staff here is amazing and it was a nice experience. However, I have had my lashes for 5 days and half of them have fallen out. I have been super careful and worn goggles in the shower every day and never slept on my side. Last night I laid on my side unintentionally and woke up with a pile of lashes gone from one side. I wouldn’t go here for lashes."

Super friendly and really took the time to get to know my eyebrow history in order to make me happy with my results. Everything came out great and she now has a new loyal customer. Paris is super friendly too! I'm so happy I discovered this place and will recommend to anyone!"
