"My normal floral shop was permanently closed so I used this shop as a back up to send Christmas flowers to my Mom. Normally my Mom is very pleased with her bouquet however this year she was very disappointed. She said "Don't use them again". Their policy is to call within 24 to 48 hours but that was Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.When I called to let them know, the owner never called me back. I just got an email saying "Better luck next time and when you order again, here is 20%off" Well I won't be ordering ever again from here. So sad."
