"While the place is beautiful and clean the lack of communication is definitely a problem. I’ve been to this salon a few times in the past each time there are new people. Today I came with my two daughters. Immediately I felt pressured to get a service that we did not ask for. I sat down in a chair to get my pedicure and asked for a moment to speaking with my daughter before getting started, the next thing I know the tech was attempting to cut my toe nails. No water in the basin, no jets, no questions asked. I pulled away and asked that he file them not cut them he proceeded to cut at them again. To add to my frustration he scrubbed one foot but not the other, and before I could get up when the service was complete he snatched the towel from under my feet leaving my feet on the bare footrest. I understand everyone has to start somewhere but I have a certain expectations when getting a service I’m paying for. I did speak with the manager, she was understanding… unfortunately I will not be back."

"This was my favorite place, but after my experience there today… I will probably never go back. Being a mother of 5, alone time is hard to come by. Treating myself to a pedicure on my birthday was all looked forward to this week. Normally, June does my pedicures, but today I walked in, so I knew I wouldn’t have her. No issues, I was fine having someone else do them. Unfortunately, I think she didn’t understand when I requested one of the complimentary margaritas.. because she responded “No, coke or water.” I accepted the water and sat bat to enjoy my pedicure. At check out not only was informed they had margaritas but when I went to use their online coupon, I was told I could not use it… okay, no problem. When I get back home I notice the polish on my big toe is coming off. I had to get the kids fed and settled, and after a while tried calling. No answer. Look online, said they were still open for another hour. Drove over and they were closed. Checked hours in the door… they were closed a whole hour early. Now I have to find polish that will match so I can fix it myself. They aren’t cheap either… feel ripped off."
