"Great place with a ton more stuff than you would think it had just from driving by. I had an interesting experience though. I went in looking for a mower which they have a lot of. I was quoted a price by the sales guy but he wasn’t ready to sell it because the mechanic needed to adjust one cable which was loose. So, he handed me a business card and said to call in a couple of hours to see if the mower was ready. I accidentally called the owner vice the actual business number. The owner told me to call the shop, not him. So, I called the shop and the mower was ready. So, I got the mower, a battery, but found out that I would have to buy my own charger because they didn’t have any chargers to sell me. OK, I still took the mower which the salesman made me a good deal on but not a steal by any means. A few hours later at the end of the day, I get a call from a Pace number. It was the owner calling me and asking how much I had paid for the mower and asking what the price tag on the mower said. The price tag was tucked into some corner of the mower and not really visible but I found it as I was looking my new mower over. It said more than I bought the mower for by about $50. The owner seemed very upset that the salesman had cut me such a good deal, and told me, “you got a really good deal bro.” I got a mower with no way to charge the battery on an electric mower, so how great of a deal did I get? The charger cost me $100 on my own. I felt like it was pretty inappropriate of the owner to call my personal cell phone and ask me to dime out his salesman. That needs to happen between them. Overall a great store with lots of good hardware equipment but there seems to be plenty of workplace dysfunction between the owner and his employees. Thanks for the GOOD DEAL though!"
