"Parts were removed from my car in order in to complete the repairs. When they were put back, each and everyone one of them were damaged. If I am taking in my car for repairs, why am I getting it back with new damages? They were willing to accept the responsibility to repair the damages. One of which they tried to put responsibility on me, by having me take the vehicle on my own time for that particular repair and they will reimburse me. LoL Very funny and clever I made sure they took all responsibility, because THEY caused the damages. This was an insurance claim where a rental car and insurance on that rental car was handled by insurance company. The shop owner/manager Tony, wanted me to pay for my rental, so they can fix the damages they made to my car. All this while I have the claims agent on the line. Tony advised he would pay for rental, but not the insurance. Once again, not my responsibility, his shop damaged my vehicle. After all a little arm twisting, they paid for the rental and insurance for the rental. Now for the icing on the cake. I have done body work in the past (1990's), on both days I picked up the car, it was raining. Everything felt very smooth to the hand, After washing the car the 1st time after picking it up, I could see the orange peel look left from improper clear application. They did not wait enough time between coat()s) or used too much clear on the coat(s). Causing this orange peel look. Terrible service, would not recommend to anyone ,"

"I want to first thank Barbie,Jose and Tony for going above and beyond my expectations on the repair of my mothers car. I have had my mothers car repaired on a previous occasion and was satisfied with the repairs from the start. It is not easy to have your mother hand over the keys after her accident and tell you its better that she doesn't drive anymore, now that she is in her twilight years. I asked myself if it was worth fixing the car and it was a no brainer the car never had any issues and ran great. So when i picked up the car after the repairs I was extremely happy at the work that had been done. This family owned Body shop cares about its customers and they are honest!
