"I hardly ever leave reviews, but I feel like I had to share my experience. First, I called the day before to try to get an appointment, and I was able to get one for the next day. On the phone, I explained that all I wanted was a gel polish change on my feet. They proceeded to tell me that it’s an extra $5 to remove gel if you’re a first time customer. I said okay that’s fine, no worries. The next day comes, and I go into the salon. The service and attention was good and friendly, and I don’t even really have complaints about the way my feet came out. However, when I go to pay, it’s $60. Never in my life have I paid nearly that amount for a polish change, so I went ahead and asked why they were charging me that much. THAT is when not only do they tell me that the gel removal is $10 actually, BUT they also waited until I was finished to tell me they were going to charge me the same as if I had done a whole gel pedicure (all I got done was nails were cut/filed & painted). I am rarely shocked by pricing because I have a good estimate of around how much certain services usually are, but this was completely unacceptable."

"Me and Sister were on a girl's trip. Friendly staff and excellent service. I had toe surgery she was very careful around the surgery site. They did amazing job on my Sister nails as well my eyebrows. Wish they had shop in Birmingham Alabama."

"Stopped by this “spa” a week and a half ago while in town with a friend and it was not worth the time or money. A men’s pedicure was more expensive than a woman’s even though we both got the same service minus polish for me. From start to finish, my pedicure took about 20 minutes and I only got to soak my feet for a few minutes at the end. My nail tech only spoke to me a few times to tell me I was cutting my nails wrong and then proceeded to carve out a chunk of the side of the nail because according to her it was starting to get ingrown. I have had pedicures in the past and have never been told my nail was/is getting ingrown. I have never had any pain and above all, my mother is a nail tech and she’s told me I don’t have an ingrown nail. Since my visit to this spa, I’ve had pain/tenderness/redness every day. I’ve had to soak my toe in warm water and epsom salt, and apply ointment daily. I went in looking to relax and left with pain in my toe that is still here a week and a half later. Beware!"

"I have been in Doral now for a year and all I have had were horrible experiences. I almost gave up hope until I came across Tu Spa Nails and More. They were amazing w not just myself but my daughter; not only were they compassionate and welcoming they were also very knowledgeable in their art. They took the time to explain how to maintain healthy nails. Not only was our experience in nails was awesome let me tell you about my eye brows!!! Verushka took the time to shape my brows being one has a scar and now looks as if nothing ever happened! I left happy and made another appointment before I left bc I found my new forever beauty team!
