"Gigi in printing was very incorrect about my printing job and I was still charged. I would not have printed if she would not have given me incorrect information that she was certain she was correct about.it was a waste of money. I ended up doing it myself and getting it right when I do not even have printing knowledge. Do not ask GiGi for help. She does not know anything about her position even though she works in printing. Go to an employee who is more knowledgeable or at least holds themselves accountable for mistakes. I was here previously 2 weeks ago. When an employee made a mistake/was wrong she did not charge me for the mistakes she made. I only paid for what was correct."
"1st Time visit and experience well helped by staff when using xerox machine or copier which is available to public and later you are charged for copy. With debit or credit. Recommend to anyone until this point. Received receipt and enjoyed experience. Today Thursday June 15th 2023 entered little public or clients walked around store found what I was looking for bought no hassle no problems with paying or waiting. Samsonite briefcase or bookcase."
