"UPDATE DELIVERY EXPERIENCE Delivery staff were courteous, prompt and very nice. I'm pleased so far with the couch. I did read from another reviewer how the legs on the chaise are not even with the couch. I found that too be true as well. I found some old school rubber coasters for couch legs and that made a big difference. I like that the chaise is a simple hook to attach so that I can use it separately as a chaise if I want to. Note it is not fully designed to be used separately but I see it as an option. PURCHASE EXPERIENCE Buying furniture is often an overwhelming experience. However, I found staff very helpful and creative and trying to assist me in buying my next couch. I only gave four stars because of the limited colors for leather options. However it may be just be me. Not all all items are available right away but I was lucky to pick one that was. Have not actually received my couch yet, but I am hopeful that it will be comfortable and lasting for years to come. I appreciate the service received."

I came back to the store this year 2024 to purchase our new dining room set and complete Family room furniture and had the opportunity to work with Claudia again.
