"Terrible experience! I have been going there for years but never again. Asked them for a plug they said I already had a plug. The man charged me 5 bucks and pocketed it. 2 miles down the road my tire is flat and the plug is conveniently out of the tire! I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy!!!"

"Very friendly, fair and honest. You can buy your own parts and they will install. I have had new tires bought and put on there. I have bought used tires from them. If there was ever an issue, they immediately remedied the issue . I have had my front strut assembly removed and installed and Oil changes. I will continue to recommend them to all friends and family."

"They sold me a tire that went flat the same day I contacted them the next morning when they opened and the person behind the desk did not apologize or anything just stated " Make sure you're here before we close and had your receipt". I had to take the tire to the shop got a new one that was dry rotted I didn't know until bringing it home and I had someone put it on by then it was closed. I was done I didn't want a third tire from them figured I'd wait a week being that I was hospitalized and go somewhere else for better tires and service. I didn't make it the tire blew out on me in the middle of traffic I could've died. I went to speak with the same counter person he did not care and would not even come to look at the damage to my vehicle. I only wanted to show him how I could have loss my life this would not happen to anyone else HE WAS VERY NASTY DID NOT CARE said "Mam we don't sell bad tires."

"I bought 4 tires for my car and so I just looked for the first place to get a mount & balance nearby. My car has spacers so they needed to use a torque wrench to torque to 100ft lbs but they didn’t have one… I have one at home and I’m not a “shop”. I called before coming and asked how much the owner stated $10 for mount and balance then handed me a bill after the work was done at $169, I thought maybe I misheard so I asked my girlfriend what she heard while he was on speaker in the car and she said $10 so I wasn’t mistaken but anyways paid it. When I pulled out I realized my sensor wasn’t reading correctly, so I took it to the ford dealer to avoid dealing with this terrible shop. Apparently they broke my TPMS… I would usually call and ask for them to fix what they broke but really didn’t feel like dealing with this business. They also had my car on jacks while attending other people and had me waiting. They also filled my tires to 50psi, I had to deflate them with my tire kit inside my car because the car calls for 36psi. If you care about your car go somewhere else"
