Tint World

"Tints look good, and the manager was more than helpful in choosing the appropriate tint & package for my car. When I went to pick up my car, it wouldn't start. I have no idea what happened as it's a new 2022 car. What I know for a fact is that the staff at Tint World and I mean every staff member there was extremely helpful in trying to get my car running again by checking the battery, the fuse box. I had to leave my car there and went to an ace, got a new battery but the car still wouldn't start. As it was getting late. They allowed me to leave the car inside their shop since I couldn't get a tow & shortly after having arrived home, they called me to let me know that the car started. Like I said ; don't know what happened with the car, what I know for a fact is that the employees at tint world showed amazing custumer service, and went above and beyond to try to lessen what was for me a horrible situation. So Thank you."

They did a great job at removing my old cheap tint and installing some custom tint I ordered with no hassle. It was a great clean experience and very cool for the options and selections they offer of stereos, to alarms and even detailing. Owner even gave me a free scent for the car! I hope to bring the car back for a good deal on installation of the Dash Cam."

"UPDATE: After about 3 days of writing the original review I received a message from David the General Manager of the store stating how he would like to make right my back window tints. David mentioned the corporate office got wind of the review and they discussed how to get me back in the store because they pride themselves in customer satisfaction. The general manager reevaluated the situation and gained a better understanding of what happened by placing himself in my shoes and determining he would like me to come back in and re-tint my back window at no charge. I was seen right way with the same welcoming customer service I received when I first got there. My windows were redone and now I am currently satisfied with the results.
