"Rented a Lamborghini and the front ride side tire blew out while driving the I95 Express Lane causing the car to swerve to the right running over the lane dividers causing front end damage. Thankfully there were no injuries. Did not think to inspect the tires to make sure they were in good condition renting from a high end rental company. I had the car towed to my home which sat in my driveway for over a week after daily calls to EMC to come get it. No call from EMC to make sure I was OK after renting me an unsafe vehicle. My ins adjuster had a terrible time getting in touch. He went to EMC twice, which is also a body shop, and was told the car was already fixed so he could not assess the damages. The repairs were reportedly done at their own body shop. The adjuster documented in his report that there were 20 Lamborghinis there and none matched the VIN# of the rental. EMC submitted a claim for over $34,000. What ins co would pay that much $ without the right to inspection? In the end, EMC received over $28,000. Lucky for them we are highly valued clients with Allstate & there were no injuries or I would have sought litigation against EMC. EMC consequently refused to return my $1,000 security deposit. As a business owner with a fleet of vehicles and our share of accidents, I have never dealt with a company with such suspicious & shady behavior. RENTERS BEWARE!"

Cesar was really helpful when he dropped the car off and made sure we knew how to use it. As for the drive…it’s a Lamborghini, so it was amazing.
