"On 2/10/2024 I had an absolutely dreadful experience at Braman BMW Service & Parts, and it all boils down to the abysmal treatment I received from a staff member named Nasser Darwich. My encounter with him was nothing short of a nightmare. Firstly, I approached Nasser with a simple request to do an oil change and repair my speakers, which had been buzzing since I purchased the car. Instead of addressing my concern like a professional, he outright neglected the service, citing some nonsense about a lack of technicians on Saturdays. Excuse me? Last time I checked, providing adequate service to paying customers was part of the job description, regardless of the day of the week. But it doesn't end there. When I inquired about arranging transportation back home—a mere 9 miles away—Nasser callously dismissed my request, claiming it was out of their 25-mile range for Uber. Seriously? Did he even bother to confirm with Uber before giving me such a ludicrous excuse? Spoiler alert: No, he didn't. It became abundantly clear to me that Nasser was more interested in making flimsy excuses than actually helping customers. And just when I thought things couldn't get any worse, they did. After being instructed to wait a painful 3 hours, I decided to confront Nasser about his lackluster attitude. Lo and behold, he reluctantly ordered me an Uber—but not before I witnessed him offer the same courtesy to another customer who arrived after me. Talk about unfair treatment and blatant favoritism. To add insult to injury, when I finally retrieved my car, I discovered the cupholder filled with old coffee. Absolutely disgusting. There is absolutely no excuse for any member of the staff to be consuming food or beverages in a customer's car, let alone leaving behind evidence of their indulgence. In summary, my experience with Braman BMW Service & Parts was an utter disaster, and Nasser Darwich's unprofessionalism only exacerbated the situation. Save yourself the headache and avoid this establishment at all costs."

"one star is too much for this place. I brought my car for service, a simple check and change of 12v battery for my i3. took them 2 weeks to execute the repair, had plenty of problems with the post service programming and had to involve a bmw mechanic (not sure what they are then???) to fix the issue. customer service is a disaster, seldom reply to enquiry and once you pay online they are supposed to have all ready for pickup. but wait no!! had to wait 10 min for cashier to print all document and another 10 for the car to be brought from the garage. BMW should be appalled to have such a representative in Miami: just appearance but completely incompetent and unprofessional. Not to mention the valet people at car drop off and pick up: a bunch of rude and careless guys who don't address customers when one arrives, and seems they are doing you a favor to attend you! I would much rather drive my own car to the garage that have these guys handling it!!!"

"As a current customer of BMW, recently my experience was anything but pleasant. First and foremost it took them 3 days to do an oil change on the car. An oil change should not have taken so long to be done. Secondly when my car was returned to me it was not how I had given it to them. My car was dirty with stains. My car was not washed nor returned to me in same conditions that I left it. I am very upset and as a loyal customer this is unacceptable."

"I was about to give these guys 5 stars. They did good job on my 2020 330ix. As well as they replaced sun roof that made sound. Happy with service. But there is really big BUT!! They have thieves in service! I know they gave me paper says take all valuables from car. I took everything. But i will never thought they going to dig inside my private property and steal my valuable perfume from glove box!!! It is not BMW standard!!! Hope they will find out that thieve and fire him/her!!! Im open to discuss everything with management if they ok to find out who is digging inside people’s private property!!!"

"PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE, THEY WILL MESS YOUR CAR UP. I never leave bad reviews, but this place is absolute trash. It is an embarrassing representative of BMW. I took my car for a simple tire change, they had the car sitting there for 3 days and forgot all about it. When I called they had no idea it was even there, and needed an additional 4 days just to change one tire. it took them 7 days to change ONE tire. Not only that, but they screwed up my engine because ever since then it has had bad engine problems. My car engine was about to explode while driving it a few days after. I have never had engine problems before taking it there. I had to take it to a different dealership. Absolute terrible experience."
