"The experience was horrible. They called me that my car was ready and I still waited an hour when I got there. I kept asking the valet person what’s going on and it was like I never said anything, not once did he answer. I tried talking to a supervisor but he was busy. I don’t mind waiting for my car but if you say it’s ready and then make me wait an hour and no apology or explanation that’s a problem."

"If you dont like where you work quit!!! I was told that this is normal and that its not broken !!! I was call to the back because they dont see “nothing wrong” i pay for 100k Warranty and they said they not covered because the part is stable and its not making noise …i went there because i hear my car with the noise and i look under to see whats going on i see its ripping and leaking….easy fix takes 5min ill take it to another toyota deal i dont want anyone at that shop touching my car i can fix it myself but i pay for a reason"

"I had been in another dealers, the best one it's this in north Miami Toyota. Alex Pintado it's the person in the service department I can recommend, after many visits attending for guantee or additional services. It's not easy to get five stars, but he have it, also with the guarantee of Toyota North America. By the way my Toyota it is 2018 with 180,000 miles and runs like new. Thanks for my Toyota Corolla LS Made in America !! P.D. Hungry, no problem, Cuban, Italian, Venezuelan... Coffee ☕ or a sandwich or salad etc. Available on the service waiting room. Also they have Spanishs /Creole speakers in premises. Enjoy !! The best dealer TY in Florida."
