"UPDATE 07/20/2023: A couple of days ago, I needed to do business with Motoro Cars, and they came through with flying colors for me. Our second vehicle was an older Explorer that suddenly stopped running as I was driving it. I had it towed to Motoro, and they did a diagnostic repair estimate for me for a new fuel pump. I decided that the repair almost came to the value of the SUV, so it wasn't worth it to fix. Long story short, I decided to sell to a cash for cars place but was nervous about the process. I received help from Augustin, the Motoro customer service rep, who was familiar with that process. With his expert help, I was able to complete the transaction successfully. Augustin is very friendly, professional, and willing to help his customers. Ask for him if you need help with any automotive problems. You will be well taken care of. I wanted to mention that they work on both foreign and domestic cars. We had an entire set of new BMW tires put on my daughter's car and are very satisfied with the pricing and labor. I am adding a few new pictures because I am impressed with how clean they keep their unisex bathroom. I have never seen one so clean at an automotive shop. Amazing! Their waiting room is very nice also with a coffee machine and a cold water station. AAA+++ ---------- Yesterday, we made a really fast left turn into Motoro Cars on 79th Street because we happened to see their business to our left at the last minute! Luckily, there were no cars coming towards us! Our car was completely out of windshield cleaning fluid, and we needed help with that immediately after a rude bird took advantage of the windshield earlier! We pulled in and stopped to figure out where we needed to go when Luciano dropped what he was doing and came immediately to ask how he could help us. After we explained, he said he could take care of our problem right away! It was done in a matter of a couple of minutes. He was very pleasant, answered our questions, and even gave us names of other places that could do the job. We were very impressed with his sincere professionalism! Motoro Cars has been open at this location for a year. It is a very nice-looking building with about 8 stalls for cars and lots of up to date equipment for car repairs. The floor was so clean as if it is swept twice a day! The waiting room looked very comfortable with padded chairs, a coffee bar, and a flat screen TV. We decided that we would make this our car care place from now on. It is located off I95, right on NW 79th Street, and you will see it a block or so down on the left."
