"I purchased a rebuilt ECM for my 06Ram 3500 4x4 megacab. Delivery time wasn't very good at all! I waited tell the following week when I received also the TIPM I needed. I installed them both at same time. Long story with cominicating with the ECM company and also TIPM rebuilds and also the actual Dodge dealerships. Come to find out that when i turned on ignition, this ECM triggered the Anti theft and wouldn't let the truxk start. My scan tool had a code p0513 Invalid SKIM key. After more digging I found that the ECM I got from this company had NEVER been officially Refreshed and STILL had the original VIN # for it.; By this time I was sick of the issues with all these businesses pointing blame at each other for my truck not functioning correctly. We finally deciding to trade the truck in for a newer heavier duty truck I called and explained. And also was on emails to a rep, he said if there was issues I could just put back in mail and return it. We were exasperated with the truck. So next week I put there ECM back in mail and shipped back to them. To which I then received my full refund. They get the stars they get for being great to refund my entire amount of money. But loose allot for sending me a supposedly "rebuilt ECM that still had another VIN in it and my truck wasnt going to touch. The rep over the emails was saying "oh well we don't have any problems.... our trucks we trust them on don't have SKIM keys.. Well. Isn't that convenient, why not TEST your rebuilds on vehicle like EVERYONE actually HAS??!!"
"I ordered an FICM online and it was sent in a timely manner. It turned out it wasn't the problem with my truck and I let ACS know that. They cheerfully refunded the full amount and paid return shipping, though I wasn't expecting that. They truly are into making their customers happy by going out of the way for them."
