"Poor inventory control. Just tell me you don’t have the part on hand and it’s okay! Called to confirm that a specific brake booster was available. Junior confirmed it was ready for pickup on a Thursday. Called to see if that same stock number was available and Larry at the front desk (no relation to me) also said yes it’s ready and you can come get it. Once I arrived Junior said it was still in the car. I went to see the car and the part was incomplete. Wasted 2 hours on wildly inaccurate information. Junior shrugged at me and said “Hey man that happens all the time here.”"
