"The owners have no remorse for their customers. They are some of the most absolutely disrespectful and despicable individuals I have ever met. I would never recommend going to this place."

"Where do I begin? First, the communication is not even acceptable for the Stone Age. I called the number listed which was the wife. Throughout the nightmare of having to deal with her husband’s aggression and impatience my calls went unanswered on many occasions or sent to voicemail. EVEN when she was the one to instruct me to call back at a specific time! Secondly, the prices?!? I was charged not one, but two different diagnostics fee of $129. Which would’ve been fine had it been a full on diagnostic. Instead I was charged a separate diagnostic fee for each issue that came up! The first issue was simply a dead battery. I essentially paid $129 to have my battery recharged! Something that’s done for FREE at any auto store! Afterwards the mechanic saw the check engine light was on. He said he wouldn’t recommend me driving the vehicle that way and would need to check it. He charged me ANOTHER $129 just to read the codes! I was in disbelief. Thirdly, On top of the BS fees the complete unprofessional manner which they conducted themselves the whole time was mind boggling to me. I brought the vehicle in on Monday evening. Tuesday around noon called to check in was told it would be latter that day before they got to and to call back then. Called back, and finally after 4 or 5 attempts the wife and answered and said they were short staffed and it would be Wednesday morning. Called in Wednesday morning was told it would be a couple hours and to call then. Called after couple hours and again after multiple failed attempts got a hold of the wife. She put her husband on three way. He was upset because I was rushing him. Told me it was the battery, they recharged it but there were other issues and I would have to pay another diagnostic fee. After agreeing was told to call in the afternoon for updates. Afternoon comes, calls got ignored. Thursday around noon I called in and finally they answered and said it wouldn’t be until the afternoon before they got to it. Of course in the afternoon they said they couldn’t get to it and to call in the morning. By now it’s Friday and all they have done in the past 3.5 days is charge my battery up. I go in in person as I need to get on the road as I was driving back home from out of state. Husband is furious because “I am impatient”. I, the customer who has been waiting for 3 days, had to be the one to calm him down. We talk things through he says to come back in a couple of hours. I do so and he gets upset again because it’s too soon and I’m rushing him. He’s angry and being very rude. At that point he says he’s “done some work” but hasn’t had time to test drive the car. I can leave it over the weekend for him to finish up whatever it needs and test drive it or go somewhere else. At this point it’s already Friday afternoon and most mechanics are closing soon. I decide to cut my losses and get the heck out of there. He charges me for random work, and two diagnostic fees and the of course the check engine light is on. The AC is no longer working, and the car is shifting weird. I find another mechanic drop off the car. They call me back 30 minutes later telling me the issue was transmission fluid and A.C. fuse.... didn’t even charge me. As for Lucy, I’m sure that name must be short for Lucifer. Dealing with them was nothing short of hell. Good luck to anyone who isn’t a Spanish speaker and has to deal with this business."

"I went for an oil change and came out with a patched tire! I was unaware that there was a nail in my tire until they informed me while doing the oil change so they patched it up. They were quick and efficient. Fair prices. Would come again."
